For all products and services, Refunds would only be accepted in extreme circumstances.

We are however happy to offer an exchange for all products (excluding wigs, ponytails, and curly hair spray). All exchanges can be made with an equally priced product and we will have to be notified within 72 hours of receipt.
Please note that you will have to contact us on sales@fifiboubonhair.com and also provide proof of purchase.
Please also note that for an item to be exchanged, it has to be in its original packaging with all the seals still intact. Any items returned without the seal intact will be refused.
Customers will be responsible for the costs of shipping their products for exchanges, therefore we strongly advise sending parcels through a tracked courier service, since we will not be liable for any lost items.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please send an email to sales@fifiboubonhair.com.
